I asked Voodoo 13 if damage could have occurred from using them on the opposite sides, and they said it was unlikely, but they obviously had never done any testing of the arms installed on the wrong sides. Thankfully everything seems good now, and PGR made good on the error. People are not robots and mistakes happen.
