Knocking noise and stalling

Ok finally heard back from the dealership. After having my car for about 10 days, they think it's the catalytic Converters because the honeycomb on the inside is breaking apart.

After having my car for about 10 days, they think it's the catalytic Converters because the honeycomb on the inside is breaking apart. That is what they think the rattling noise is. Thoughts?
