Will third-party warranty cover CSC fail?

I'm going to start saving for this issue myself. What is the best CSC elimination kit for this problem?

I also recommend their clutches as well.. they will help a ton with your shitty clutches feeling so springy and jerky. I personally went with

ZeeMind did the Nissan dealership install your Z speed clutch and CSC? or did you take it to a private mechanic?
