I replaced the VVEL relay in the engine bay (next to battery) there are 2 relays side by side. When the code came back I realized that both VVEL sensors going bad at the same time was rare..... so I replaced the VVEL module (found it online for $120, NEW is $800 from Nissan) swapped it in and never had an issue and never replaced any vvel sensor.
