Was told my top replacement has to wait

I had a similar process. Went in, complained to dealer. Dealer said they would work it. Corporate requested pictures. Dealer had to follow up with corporate. Corporate finally approved it.

Keep after them, it you stop asking, they will be disinclined to approve it since it's so expensive. Good luck!
