Anyone having issues with top liner?

I'll take some pics tonight but just above the window on each side i have an issue. One side actually has a hole in it. If i put the top

I'll take some pics tonight but just above the window on each side i have an issue. One side actually has a hole in it. If i put the top half way down I notice there are many sharp things along the path that the liner takes when going up and down. A few of them are wire ties and the cut ends are sharp. I've put electrical tape on some of that stuff but it doesn't seem to stay in place.
