Ok guys, this was one of my first threads when I came to this forum a while back. Since, a lot has changed.

Please check out my sig for all my mods.

HOWEVER, THE QUESTION STILL REMAINS....I WANT MY ROADSTER TO BE LOUD..LOL.

**well, a little louder than it is now..and its pretty damn loud.

I need suggestions- is there anything else I can do other than test pipes?? I want to be able to pass emissions here in Atlanta plus I like my high flows...

Thanks in advance guys!

As you have already surmised, the cats have to go if you want more volume (and more power).

Thus, long tube headers into a high flow H or Y pipe set up would be ideal.

Failing that, you could try high flow cats with everything else open (i.e., no mufflers or resonators).
