my soft top wont always open and when i do get it open it wont close?? sometimes it work and sometime it wont ?? any idea?? seems to work after

opening or closing
my soft top wont always open and when i do get it open it wont close?? sometimes it work and sometime it wont ?? any idea?? seems to work after i open the trunk and then close it??
