Engine Oil Temp Gauge

Hi All, Anyone know what's the normal operating range for the engine oil temperature? I'm guessing it would be in the 90's but mine went up to a lil over

I'm guessing it would be in the 90's but mine went up to a lil over 100 deg while driving at night. I also noticed it takes a long time -up to 10 mins- for the needle to move from 70 deg during the first drive of the day. Anyone noticed this? Thanks
