No. They are not, I think you are way off base.
Taking your Z to a shop to get an aftermarket LSD is not the same thing as a catback exhaust.
The syncro-rev match in my sport package was a major selling point, its a great feature.
If I had to be forced to get a Nismo to get an LSD, I would not have bought a 370z.
