I wouldn't pay more than $38K. May I suggest waiting the off-season to purchase one? To most dealers, paying cash does not mean much, they would rather have you do

I wouldn't pay more than $38K. May I suggest waiting the off-season to purchase one? To most dealers, paying cash does not mean much, they would rather have you do their financing (where the most money is) Right now would be the worst time to get any leg up during the negotiating process. I own the car outright but was able to take advantages of huge discounts because I bought it off-season. Just my 2 cents.
