Help! About to buy Used 2009 Nismo.

Hey guys, new to the forum.

I have been doing everything I can to get into a 370z Nismo. I finaly found a (local) White 2009 370z Nismo w/ only 5k for mileage

. The dealer is asking 34,800.00. I am trying to get them down - there is "road rash" on the front right tire (I noticed it after I took the video), and a small scratch on the hood - even with those things noted they're not moving

My concern is that it is a 2009 and I am paying 35K for 3 year old (about to be 4) car...

I honestly feel I should be paying about 2,000.00 less. Am I crazy?

What are your thoughts?
