As someone who has purchased ~25 vehicles between me and my girl, I can tell you that there are only two things you can't negotiate on, taxes and license fees. You can get them to reduce or eliminate those stupid fees you discussed, you just have to make sure they don't jack something else up on the other end, like the interest rate.
