Their certification program included a lifetime warranty on the car through some 3rd party group. And it saved me over $10k. My parents have never bought any car used though, since they would probably drive the car more gently than any previous owners would have. I drive it hard sometimes so I don't think anything the previous owner did would really make a difference.
