Dealer convinced me that new cars will go for prices higher then MSPR (probably only to guide me to by now, with prices close to invoice).

Listen, They work for you. You're the one with the check book so you make the terms & conditions of the sale, not them. The car will have been out for 4 years in 2013 & he's telling you it will be more expensive?
