I filled out the survey based on my exact experience. I hope it would send a message to the dealer so they treat the next person who walk in to buy a car correctly. If no one filled out the survey base on their experience, I would think the dealer would think that they can get away with whatever tatic that they have been using. Of cus my exp was probably the extreme case here if you seen my threads at Terrible experience with dealership again
