Truecar.com shows a 2011 manual touring + sport goes for $35,071 no haggle price (doesn't include ttl). Not sure if that helps you or not, deal seams pretty good but

Not sure if that helps you or not, deal seams pretty good but nothing out of this world. Remember this will be a 2 model year old car in a couple months.
