Nissan 370Z Navigation Package?

Does anyone know if the UK "370Z GT Ultimate" that includes the Satnav will be the same system the US model has with the hard drive etc..? The brochure PDF

The brochure PDF I have just refers to it as "Integrated satellite navigation system".
