When you go to negotiate, the invoice price is the first thing you should negotiate. Everything else will flow from that. Tell them you will take at or below invoice. The tax and title is regulated. Your next step is to figure out the financing, assuming you're not paying in full. PenFed is offering 3.99% APR to those that qualify (linked here). I don't know of any special financing offered by Nissan, but you can shop around to see if you can get a better rate than PenFed. It's a good idea to get pre-approved before going in to negotiate, because you know what rate you already have, and give Nissan a chance to beat it. If they do, then good for you, if not, then you already have a back up plan.
