For a roadster that is a decent price IMHO. Does it have the sport package? If not then I would chop another K off (unless its a 7AT, which also is additional cost).
Finding one with Nav in general is not that easy. Invoice on that type of optioned car was well north of 41K. I would offer a bit less but not low ball them as the market sets pricing and if you don't see many out there, the market becomes a bit less predictable. We were looking for a loaded car (6MT, SP/T/Nav) and only found 2 or 3 in the north east over the month of may, priced between 35-43K. Got ours for 37,500 with 2500 miles on the ticker.
