The dealership (I'm assuming that's where you are trying to buy it from) could do better on that price Corvac but probably won't budge much because we are in prime Z season. Right now you'll be paying the same price of a brand new fully loaded touring. If you are willing to wait a few months (late fall/winter) you will easily get a few more thousand $$ shaved off that price and potentially one with less miles on it.

So I guess I should have mentioned the car is certified pre-owned, is has been titled once. The carfax looks good and the car is in excellent shape.

I am a bit curious about your last statement here, I should be able to find a new fully-loaded touring 7AT for the same price? (34,000) ? I did look at truecar and the lowest i was seeing for that was 36-37 for new. Nissan is offering very awesome financing incentives as well right now
