I have been doing a lot of research lately and I don't think thats a good price at all. I have found many used Touring models with similar milage for under 30k. Search on cars, autotrader, ebay, etc and you will see what I mean.

For a roadster that is a decent price IMHO. Does it have the sport package? If not then I would chop another K off (unless its a 7AT, which also is additional cost).

Finding one with Nav in general is not that easy. Invoice on that type of optioned car was well north of 41K. I would offer a bit less but not low ball them as the market sets pricing and if you don't see many out there, the market becomes a bit less predictable.

We were looking for a loaded car (6MT, SP/T/Nav) and only found 2 or 3 in the north east over the month of may, priced between 35-43K. Got ours for 37,500 with 2500 miles on the ticker. It was a good deal, not a great deal. Great would have been 35K

Does it have the Sport package, is it an auto or MT?

I think if it has the Sport package it's a really good deal, if it doesn't, it is still a decent price.

Some dealers have had some very good discounted prices on new 2010's, but some of the dealers are not willing to use a lot of it due to the shortages in inventory.

When I was just recently looking, trying to find what I wanted was pretty difficult, especially since I definitely wanted a Roadster, loaded, with MT.

Good luck...

Greg

The dealership (I'm assuming that's where you are trying to buy it from) could do better on that price Corvac but probably won't budge much because we are in prime Z season. Right now you'll be paying the same price of a brand new fully loaded touring. If you are willing to wait a few months (late fall/winter) you will easily get a few more thousand $$ shaved off that price and potentially one with less miles on it.

So I guess I should have mentioned the car is certified pre-owned, is has been titled once. The carfax looks good and the car is in excellent shape.

I am a bit curious about your last statement here, I should be able to find a new fully-loaded touring 7AT for the same price? (34,000) ? I did look at truecar and the lowest i was seeing for that was 36-37 for new. Nissan is offering very awesome financing incentives as well right now

Correct, you should be able to find a new fully-loaded touring 7AT for the same price during off season (winter time). Traditionally dealerships have the best offers during the winter especially in December because no one wants those cars then and because they are trying to improve their sales numbers for the ending fiscal year. Moreover, most people are not buying leisure cars in the current econ, especially right around/during the winter. Brand new cars tend to be cheaper than used ones in the current environment. With the roadster the incentives will be higher
