Used, but it looks great. I wouldn't have taken it unless it did because I'm so picky. Only 7,3XX miles. I have to wait for the loan go through (praying)

I have to wait for the loan go through (praying) and then I pick it up Saturday. I'll be sure to post pictures (: Just a question though, the plate is drilled into the bumper (Jersey rules) but I don't use it. What do you think would be cheaper, getting it filled and repainted or (if possible) getting a new bumper, pre painted?
