Need some buying feedback

I appreciate everyone's opinion on getting a good deal, but just try to be realistic here. Though invoice is nice, MSRP isn't a complete ripoff.
I'm trying not to over analyze this, but the dealership has had my down payment for a week now, and I have no paperwork to show for my down payment, that is a bad start.
I'm not going to be happy when I pick up the phone from the sales manager tomorrow.

sucasa, I don't have a local credit union so I won't be getting that kind of interest. If the dealership can't offer a decent rate, I'll try to shop around. I'm just waiting on what this dealership has to say for themselves before I bail on them.
Temptation isn't ruining my finances, it's giving me a distaste for it all together.

Cheech, I'm not too worried about sleepless nights. I got a few months of waiting, which doesn't bother me the slightest. This winter has a way to putting a freeze on that anticipation. LOL
