Yeah, that place didn't seem to have their act together. Battery was dead. They couldn't find the manual hatch release. Couldn't answer simple questions about the option levels and specs

Couldn't answer simple questions about the option levels and specs for the sport package, etc. Ahwell, that's where a little (obsessive) self-education about what I'm interested in keeps me ahead of the curve.
