buying a 370 from a private seller? is this a good idea?

Couple questions..Why would there still be leftover 09's around? If you buy a new 09 now, does the warranty start at time of purchase, IE Dec 2010? Why are these

Couple questions..Why would there still be leftover 09's around?

If you buy a new 09 now, does the warranty start at time of purchase, IE Dec 2010?

Why are these being sold for way less than bluebook? Ive seen a couple for around 25k, where bluebook suggests 29k...

1) Simple... they just haven't sold yet!

2) Yes, the warranty starts at the date (and mileage) of purchase if bought new.

3) Bluebook pricing is on the high side.
