Nissan 370Z Forum

How I have scored invoice pricing with 3.99% APR on my 370Z?

So the final price should be $37,973 Invoice Price + $720 Destination + $100 Doc fee + 6.25% MA state tax + $75 MA title fee

That sounds about right! Good deal! I paid $99 doc fee + NJ state tax + title fee.

So I found a local dealer willing to sell me the car at invoice price. They had a $295 doc fee but offered me a good price on my trade in car. The next day they refunded the deposit and said they can not find the car I want.

I am looking for a 2010 Graphite/black leather Touring Sport Navigation model.

Three other dealers are willing to order my car for me at Invoice price but they said that it will take 305 months to arrive. That is definitely an issue with my trade in, as it will lose a lot of value in 3-5 months. Is this normal?

Should I look at going out of state and buying my car in the south and driving back?

Nissan's inventory will hit in mid May. Due to being a seasonal state. Most cars will only drop 500 a month. Why not go back to the dealer tell them you will do the deal if they guarantee the trade value if you wait for the car. I have done this many times. Most cars depreciate in 2-3's month, give or take. Then you won't have to worry about trade, driving, gas, finding a car, a dealer to work with...ect,ect,ect....

good advice. Dealer is probably thinking you want the car right away. If you are willing to wait a little, I'm sure they can find it.

I really do want the car right away however. But if I have to I will special order it and sit on my trade in until it arrives. One dealer offered to hold the trade in value firm if the mileage did not exceed 40k on my Civic (i am at 38.5k now)

About a 1,000 usually. But since my gf is getting a new Honda Fit I could use her car and use mine minimally.

Is there any way to search across dealerships on Nissan.com? Search one dealership at a time is very frustrating!

You can do nissanusa.com ,but the issues is you won't be able to see incoming units. So when you do a search it will show zero in your area. The biggest issue is inventory isn't coming until May. To most of the U.S.

Sounds like I can not get a car till May no matter what i do

Maybe I should wait? Or would it be faster to special order?

AK, I've applied with PenFed for my loan and all. But it keeps saying Pending until I can give them a VIN number. Which I won't know till the car actually arrives... How did you get it before hand?

Cause I wanna know if I can get the loan before goin to the dealer and seeing what crap they give me...

Limiting your milage on your active car is kinda not cool. I would look at other dealers to see if thats just something to that dealer. But as long as you keep your car in good order, it helps when their car actually shows up. They are much more willing to give you a decent offer on your trade when they actually have their car there to do the trade.

I'm trying to trade in my tC and they only wanted to give me $8500 for it. (My payoff is $8800) and I asked them if they'd meet me on it to make it evenly paid off. They didn't really want to right now, but they said when the Z gets there, that they will be more willing to fluctuate cause they can make the sale right there...

Fusz (FuszNissan) Is a dealer, and an amazing one at that. I wish he was in AZ so I could buy from him, and I've considered driving all the way to St. Louis to buy from him. Due to financial constraint, and him not having what I want I wasn't able to buy from him. That didn't stop him from scavenge the entire midwest/west coast to FIND me a Z even if he couldn't sell it to me himself. Ended up finding me one that was coming right here!

My car (when I found out about it) would be here sometime in april. I was talking to Fontana Nissan in SoCal who was looking to special order one for me and that would take 3 months. I'm a very impatient person and waiting for this car to come in was driving me nuts! lol

If you want alot of features, maybe you'll wanna special order. It might give you better chances of what you want. Just make sure that you get all the numbers on paper so if you come back later and they wanna change things or give you new numbers, you'll know they are being shady and should go to another dealer.

Glad to hear it! And if you check in the regional section, there are threads where people in your area can post up meets and such. If there isn't one for your area, start one up!

Also, ZDayZ are comin up... Everyone's goin... Cept me
