the 350z sold more Z than the 370 starting off and the 350z can still sale for 10-15g so i think this is way way off. the only way a 09 Z loses almost half its value is if it has 100K+ miles on it

Who cares? When i buy a vehicle i don't worry about resale because i buy it to drive - not as an investment. If/when it comes time to sale/trade then i'll worry about it.

KBB is usually fairly unreliable, so I wouldn't worry too much about it. On some cars they are horribly optimistic, and on some it's terribly pessimistic.
