Top of my head 4.39% is Nissan, believe you can get 0.5% of through VPP But 3.49% is what you can get at AAA.

My purchase was a few months ago, but I was able to get them down to 3.9% at Nissan. That was after they told me 4.9% was the lowest they could go, and then 4.25% was the lowest they could go.
