Can Nav be added at the dealership?

If I find the trim and color I want, but without Nav, is it something that can be added at the dealership or do I have to order the car

If I find the trim and color I want, but without Nav, is it something that can be added at the dealership or do I have to order the car at that point? Come May or June, I'll be ready to buy and I want Touring/Sport/Nav, but whenever I check the inventory at dealership, finding the fully loaded with Nav is rare.
