That is a decent price, but that is a LOT of miles. That thing must have been one of their first Zs, hasn't sold and has been test driven many, many times. Or someone took it home. Do you know how many people beat the crap out of cars on a test drive? Almost all will take it to redline on the first couple shifts out of the dealer's lot. Not to mention the hard braking tests.
I'd offer $1500 below invoice. If they won't bite, keep in mind you can walk away and buy a new 2010 Z for invoice at the right dealership -- it will be worth more and be more refined than an '09 (won't be first model year). You have to assume the car has been BEATEN for at least 1/3 of those miles.
