The only deal breaker for me would be synchro rev match! Everything else can be upgraded (You may be even better off that way if you plan on modding up a bit. Ive not seen anybody retrofit synchro rev match in, but maybe the dealer can do it if pressed.
1 Oem sport VLSD to Quaife LSD (way worth the effort $1500) 2 OEM sport brakes to wilwood or Z1 big brake upgrade (better than stock sport $1500) 3 Synchro Rev Match to.... um... learn to heal toe shift! (free! Yay) 4. Bose to Anything but Bose!!! ($???) Etc, etc, Good luck, welcome, and congrats on a very cool new car!
