When is the 1st service/Oil change?

3750 miles or 3 months. Some people do it sooner, all personal preference.

Many enthusiasts change oil within the first few hundred miles, speculating that if any metal bits flake off they can damage the engine. Others say that's a bunch of BS.

I've always liked the idea of putting a magnet on the oil filter and will be purchasing one for my upcoming Z in November.
