Yeah, it's called spec work. No offense but $250 isn't much to design a car scheme. Just because NASCRAP does it doesn't make it ok. I'd rather see them just hire someone in the community to design it for maybe parts or some sort of equal valued compensation. Honestly this type of stuff happens a lot and a lot of people think nothing of it but to professional designers it's a huge slap in the face. I'm sure someone will do that and that's fine but it doesn't hurt to try and educate people about it. NO!SPEC
