Many members in Australia have experienced the same issue. It happens when you turn the car on and the 3 front impact sensors are still disconnected i.e. when you install an oil cooler and check for leaks with the bumper removed and sensors disconnected or install intakes which require bumper removal.
You are in luck as there is a simple procedure to follow to turn the light off. I have done it successfully twice now. http://uprev.com/documentation/Popup%20Hood%20Reset.png |
