This maybe a problem no-one can solve literally !!!

If you can please find anything to help me out that would be great it's been forever and it's still not paired

Really? It's easy! Do you have a garage door opener remote? You just hold a memory button down on the mirror until it flashes, and then press open the garage with the remote. The mirror should recognize the signal just like that. Try different timing of the presses if you're having trouble.
