Left rear light panel

Started with a hyper flash left turn signal. Replaced yellow bulb no joy and now the reverse lamp is flashing. I replaced the reverse bulbs a week ago with leds and worked fine. 2013 midnight black 39K. help!

Donna need to replace the whole housing and the all the black boxes to be sure
