I had a question about the 2014 Nismo 370z's. Is the blackish grey trim around the bottom of the bumpers and sideskirts a wrap or is it painted on? Also

Is the blackish grey trim around the bottom of the bumpers and sideskirts a wrap or is it painted on? Also if it is just a wrap what color is underneath the wrap?
