Historically, the US does better in war if they wait until everyone else fighting has already blown themselves to hell before they show up... I'm sure there's a lesson there, but its outside the scope of thread, the forum, most people's pre-war perspicacity, etc.

GM = Planned obsolescence

Although, that said, I might tempt fate and go with an Alpha Romeo next time around...

I'm kind of confused by this thread. Zs are cool cars. Other cars are also cool. Car enthusiasts recognize that there are cars out there that do other things, sometimes better than their car. Rivalries are more for fanboys, not enthusiasts.

I wish most car enthusiasts recognized this. Although it seems a lot worse with the chevy/ford/dodge TRUCK fanboys.
