its gone to about a quart, nothing really in the beginning, but after 200k im ok where it is. Shifting has been the same but it manual.

never have, not sure we have a place around here...and im not really concerned, i do all my own oil changes and the oil looks good (not metalic) just dark no burnt smell either.

There is only one place: Blackstone. And you just have to request a free sample kit. They provide you everything you need to send it back to them (except maybe postage? I can't remember its been so long since I last did one). They charge $25 per sample analysis.
