I checked in the first gen gen coupe when I was shopping for the Z. I wasn't a fan of the styling and the interior felt very cheap to me. It just didn't feel nice or made me happy to be in it. The second one could be better, but the looks alone kill it for me. I know looks don't affect performance but it's an important part to buying a car.
