I have decided.
 I am going for the new 370z base + sports package. basically new >>>> used Had both the cars been new, I still would be conflicted because the 335i is $50k. Had I needed the additional seats, luxury and comfort, I would have picked the 335i. Both choices were very tempting and it was basically a good place to be. Thanks for all the non-related discussions.  Probably going to be a regular as soon as I pick her up.
