with everything said here so far...Even if the brake fluid is not at the MIN mark, brisk acceleration can slosh the fluid in the reservoir and trigger the light. Also, it's not your TCS light that is on, but the ABLS (slip) light. I've had the slip light and the e-brake light come on together and independently; topping the brake fluid off has been the solution every time.
