Can i rev in Neutral then throw into Drive?

Of course you can rev your car in N then drop her into D, just like you can jump off a cliff, I mean no one will stop you, but

im sure if you got a bungee cord you can jump off as many cliffs as you want. but yah powerbraking sounds better

Sometimes I wish that this car started $10K higher just to weed out a few more buyers.

Irrelevent post. Crashing a car and thinking about neutral-dropping are two different things. Besides...that Enzo had already been wrecked and it was crashed again on purpose as a publicity-stunt.
