Steering wheel shaking between 70 and 80 MPH.

since you mentioned the same thing happens when you put your stock wheels (known good set) on, it be kinda odd if the use of centering rings help the situation

since you mentioned the same thing happens when you put your stock wheels (known good set) on,
it be kinda odd if the use of centering rings help the situation but who knows. might get lucky.

did you try loosening your tower nuts and lower bolts on the strut and re-tighten
with the vehicle weight on the suspension? did you check your strut for leaks?
i think something's up with your sus after your tein s-tech install.
