Space wise, it is 8/10. Location wise as you pointed out, I totally agree. Not sure how busy the corner is but should we also consider potential for accidents? When I'm in a parking lot, I worry and asses the likeliness of people backing into it, shopping cart damage, surounding trees (branch falling or tree sap), speed bump type and height, and ease of entry/exit. I do have my favorite spot on places i frequent the most. Yes very anal but that's just me.

Maybe. I am more concerned about door dings. I don't think there would be any rocks - its a right turn, turn off lane and speeds are low.

This is not my everyday parking spot, just a spot I found in a mall.

Great spot for errand parking.

I guess being in Florida with the rain everyday, I am paranoid about a clean Z and try to keep it dust and dirt free as long as possible. But I look forward to adding some of my favorite spots. Great idea for thread Cooltoy.

Ya, Calgary averages 333 sunny days a year, so rain is not a huge issue. Too bad most of these days are in the winter.

This is where I park every day. That trailer has been there without moving for 2 years and people are too lazy to park that far away (maybe 200 feet) from the entrance at work. uploadfromtaptalk1407200705431.jpg
