I had been thinking this was a positive.... The AT is just down shifting for you after you let your foot off the gas.. that way when you accelerate again,

I had been thinking this was a positive....

The AT is just down shifting for you after you let your foot off the gas.. that way when you accelerate again, it's just ready and waiting to explode forward... i mean, the trans is pretty much just begging you accelerate again. god, it's pretty much the whole reason i bought the AT... and if you don't accelerate, and end up breaking... well then it doesn't really matter. IMHO, this just isn't the car to coast in, it wants to be ridden hard.
