Nissan 370Z nismo Style Leather Alcantara Sport Steering Wheel Color Ring Top | eBay

It's a custom rewrap, but the price is pretty awesome, compared to a new OEM wheel. The shop that did the work comes highly recommended from our own Galeforce, who got a custom carbon wheel from them. I'm considering ordering a wheel from them as well.

Do they want the stock wheel back once their wrapped one's installed with stock core parts of the OEM wheel?

Yes, they require a core exchange. Sometimes they do not, but that might only be for overstock wheels.
