A Japanese V8 in a sports car? Lol sorry guys, not happening. You have a better chance at winning the lottery. Leave the big V8's for the American cars. I honestly see Nissan keeping it NA, smaller V6, but major overhaul on the chassis. 2800-3000lbs with 300ish hp. I just can't see them doing a V6 TT when you already have that in the GTR.

Are those cars even considered sports cars? I know there are Japanese V8's, but when is the last time you seen one in a 2 seater sports car? If you guys want big displacement, go buy an American car. I think a smaller boosted 6 or even possibly a 4 would be great for the Z platform. I'm not so much concerned about the engine as much as I am the chassis. If there isn't a huge overhaul with the chassis... like 2800-3000lbs curb weight, then I am going with a Vette or used Viper.

Nope. Apparently its a "Performance Sedan"
2014 Lexus IS F - Performance Sedan | Lexus.com

With the possible exception of 4-door rally cars, anything boxy with four doors is definitely not a traditional "sportscar".

The ISF is awesome... for a family car

2 doors, roadsters and coupes only, please
