+1 to the people who mentioned not standing near someone driving like an idiot. There is more than one idiot in this video.

WOOOW that sh*t was intense, I saw something just like that live here in boston. I was at a dive bar in the ghetto 2 guyz were fighting, one jumped into his car and ran over a group of girls and dudes just having smokes outside. S.O.B almost ran over my new diesel shoes,, That sh*t was crazy I can still remember holding the girl down trying to get up and telling not to move till paramedics got there. BTW ******* got away.

Ask me if the 370Z is a safe car...I'd have to say very safe! I see my story was posted in the thread by semtex...and no, semtex meant no disrespect by saying I wrecked my first 370 because.....well.....I did! Mine was a true accident....what happened on the video could have been avoided. Perhaps mine could have been, too but in my case everyone survived! That one looked really bad. (Not to say any accident is wonderful by any means)

Well, the reason I mentioned you is because chupacabra noted how in the video the guy's hazard lights start flashing right after the accident, and wonders if they come on automatically in the event of an accident as a feature of the Z. I thought maybe you could answer that question, considering you've had an accident in a 370Z. Do you recall your hazards coming on automatically after your wreck? I'm guessing that there's no such feature, but I can't say for sure.

I know Caddy has had that feature for several years.

From what I remember, and I did have my lights on when the accident happend, I do not remember them switching to or into flasher mode. Then again, I didn't have too many lights left:

Maybe since it was such a head on collision, I messed up some of the wiring and if it was "programmed" to go into hazard, it didn't? I only remember looking at the side corner panel of the drivers side as I walked back to my car and sat down in the drivers seat before being "boarded" and put in an ambulance.

No, but it did show up on eBay a few weeks later! Got up to $8800 but didn't reach the minimum amount the seller wanted to sell for. Someone on this board found it on there and I contacted the seller and got a few additonal photos. End result - car was finally sold to someone in California.

Me....I have a blue one now. Still in great condition and doing my best to keep it that way!

What a mental case, that's what happens when you try and show off and you don't know what you are doing. Sad for the people that got hurt
